Repeat each sequence three times.
STEP 1
Stretch upward along the jawline applying pressure to the neck, behind the earlobes. Then move down to the collarbone, applying a little pressure in the hollow of the collarbone. Alternate from the right side to the left.
STEP 2
Place both thumbs under the chin and, using moderate pressure, massage repeatedly from one side.
STEP 3
Gently pinch both sides of the jaw with your fingers in order 1 to 3 as shown.
STEP 4
Place your middle finger at the corners of your mouth. Massage in circular motions and press gently.
STEP 5
