General Conditions
Prices Displayed
All prices include VAT, net of shipping costs and any discounts due to promotional codes.
Billing
Each order will be issued with a receipt or invoice upon request, which can be used as a document certifying the validity of the warranty within the timeframe and according to the methods set out in the next section.
Warranty
All items offered by Vittoria Profumi are covered by the original Italian manufacturer's two-year warranty against defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. Damage caused by misuse is not covered, and we will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products we sell.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in your cart when you place your order.
- For Italy
For small packages weighing less than 30 kg, shipping costs are €6.00 for orders up to €79.00 via Express Courier. Shipping costs are free for orders of €79.00 or more. For cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) orders placed by phone or WhatsApp, there is a €4.00 surcharge. - For abroad
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, via courier or Poste Italiane. Customs duties for non-EU countries are the customer's responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal
Vittoria Profumi snc offers its customers a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us. You will be refunded as required by applicable law. The law (Legislative Decree no. 185/99) establishes a deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, which is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple; just follow the procedure below:

- The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address is Vittoria Profumi, Corso Umberto I, 88, 62012 Civitanova Marche.
- Please note that products sent to our warehouse after the deadlines and that do not meet the above requirements cannot be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will also have to choose between one of the following options:
- issuing of a purchase voucher or issuing of a return voucher (or failed shipment): which must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
- replacement of goods
- Refund (please provide bank or postal account details (IBAN and account holder); the refund will include the product price and initial shipping costs and will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The only costs the customer will be responsible for are those related to the return shipment). In this case, excluding manufacturing defects or damaged products, the refund will include the shipping costs incurred at the time of ordering.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Returns/Goods Returns
In all cases of returned goods, for products that are not defective or damaged during transport, the return costs are borne by the Customer.
The exchange of a product, intact in all its parts, can be requested at our points of sale.
Second exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, either online or in our stores.
In any case and for any reason, products that are not intact, opened, or even partially used will not be accepted.

2ml Formats for Sale
Samples sold are NOT refundable as they arise from the customer's needs/tastes/preferences and from his/her personalized order.
Vittoria Profumi offers a wide range of 2ml perfume bottles as a service to allow customers to try all our fragrances and avoid purchasing blind perfumes. The 2ml bottles are prepared individually based on the customer's selections when placing their order. They are hand-filled by us by opening original perfume bottles—categorically excluding any involvement in this process with testers or free samples provided by companies with which we collaborate, whose sale is expressly prohibited—and packaged in personalized cards hand-printed with the name of the fragrance and its brand. As a result, the price for each 2ml bottle thus created is not based solely on the contents of the bottle, but also includes the labor involved in its creation.
Delivery conditions
Delivery Locations
Vittoria Profumi delivers to Italy via express courier.
Shipments abroad are made via courier or postal service.
Delivery takes place Monday through Friday throughout Italy within 1-2 business days of shipping. In some locations, delivery also takes place on Saturdays. For full details, please visit the official website.
Delivery times and methods
Vittoria Profumi di Sbrascini Vittoria reserves 1 to 5 business days for sourcing, packaging, and completing the necessary administrative procedures. Delivery time will then be added to this day; delivery times and methods vary depending on the courier used. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the delivery time calculation.
How to behave upon product delivery
To ensure our service is as efficient as possible, please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery.
If the package is not perfectly intact, accept it with reservations, that is, clearly write "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - damaged package" next to the signature on the delivery note.
If the package is severely damaged, so much so that the contents have certainly also been damaged, refuse the goods, clearly requesting that the wording "GOODS REFUSED - DAMAGED PACKAGE" be written on the delivery note.
Also check that the number of packages corresponds exactly.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product will be considered to have been delivered correctly.
The invoice or delivery note, contained in the special pocket on the outside of the package, must be kept as a valid document for the warranty.

Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard.
No credit card information is stored in our databases, which means you'll have to re-enter your details each time you make a purchase, but also gives you peace of mind knowing your data is protected from online data theft.
Cash on Delivery Payments
Cash on delivery means paying in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier only accepts exact amounts corresponding to the order amount (change is not possible).
Payments by bank check or postal order are not accepted.

Payments by Bank Transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after we have verified that the payment has been credited to our account.

The reason for payment on the bank transfer must include the order number and the name and surname of the person making the payment.
Given the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3-5 working days from the date of the transfer.
If we do not receive payment within 8-10 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled.
Why can the product only be ordered by phone, email, or fax?
Some of the store's products can only be ordered by phone at 0733 1972200, by email at info@vittoriaprofumi.com, or by WhatsApp at 3711088338, as some distributors do not allow the sale of some of their brands via e-commerce. While we disagree with this approach, Vittoria Profumi wants to allow its customers to purchase products that may not be available in nearby stores, and through this process, we hope to provide a better service to all interested parties. The Vittoria Profumi staff considers this a half-hearted service, but they hope that their loyal customers, and even new ones, appreciate the effort they make solely to satisfy all those who show their trust in the store every day.
