General Conditions

Prices Displayed
All prices are inclusive of VAT, net of shipping costs and any discounts due to promotional codes.
Billing
Each order will be issued with a receipt or invoice upon request, which can be used as a document certifying the validity of the guarantee within the timeframes and methods set out in the next point.

Warranty
All items offered by Vittoria Profumi are covered by the original Italian manufacturer's two-year guarantee for defects of conformity, pursuant to DL 24/02. Damage caused by misuse is not guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products sold by us

Shipping costs
The costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, its size and its destination, in any case the costs will be calculated and indicated in the cart when completing the order.

• For Italy
  For packages weighing less than 30 kg and of modest size, shipping costs are: €6.00 ​​for an amount up to €60.00 with Express Courier, for an expense equal to or greater than €60.00 shipping costs are free. For payment in cash on delivery (cash on delivery) for telephone orders or on whatsapp there is a supplement of €4.00
• For abroad
  Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination via courier or Poste Italiane. Customs fees for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
Vittoria Profumi snc offers its customers the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as provided by current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree no. 185/99) establishes a deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal quantified in 14 days from receipt of the goods. Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple, just follow the procedure below:

• Send a registered letter with return receipt within 10 days of receiving the goods to the address: Vittoria Profumi, Via Trento 6, 62012 Civitanova Marche (MC) Italy

• In any case, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible using our telephone numbers.
• The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The address to return the product is Vittoria Profumi Corso Umberto I,88 62012 Civitanova Marche
• Please note that products sent to our warehouse after the deadlines and without the above requirements cannot be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you will also have to choose between one of the following options:

• issuing of a purchase voucher or issuing of a return voucher (or shipment not carried out): which must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
• replacement of goods
• refund of the money (indicate the details of a bank or postal account (IBAN code and Account Holder; the refund concerns the price of the product and the initial shipping costs and will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The only costs borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the goods). In this case, excluding manufacturing defects or products arriving with damage, the shipping costs incurred at the time of the order will be debited from the refund.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Return of goods/Returns
In all cases of return of goods, for products that are not defective or damaged during transport, the return costs are borne by the Customer.

The exchange of a product, intact in all its parts, can be requested at our points of sale.

Second exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, either online or in our stores.

In any case and for any reason, products that are not intact/opened/used even partially will not be accepted.

NO RETURNS ARE MADE ON PURCHASES OF 2ML FORMATS

Sale Formats 2ml

The samples sold are NOT refundable as they arise from a need/tastes/preferences of the customer and from his personalized order.

The sale of 2ml formats is intense as a service offered by Vittoria Profumi to allow Customers to try all our fragrances and thus avoid purchasing perfume packages in a closed box. The 2ml formats are prepared one by one based on the choices made by the Buyer at the time of ordering. They are hand-filled by us by opening bottles of original perfumes - categorically excluding any implication in this procedure of testers or free samples provided by companies with which it collaborates and for which the sale is expressly prohibited - they are packaged in personalized cards on which the name of the fragrance and the brand to which it belongs are written by hand. By virtue of what has just been underlined, the price attributed to each 2ml format thus constructed is not exclusively based on the content of the vial but is also considered to include the work done for its creation.

Delivery conditions

Delivery Places
Vittoria Profumi delivers to Italy via Express Courier.

Shipments abroad are made via Courier or Postal Service.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday throughout the country within 1*2 working days following the day of shipment. In some locations, delivery also takes place on Saturdays. For all the details, please consult the official website

Delivery times and methods
Vittoria Profumi di Sbrascini Vittoria reserves 1 to 5 working days for the procurement of the goods, the packaging, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. To this day must then be added the time used by the courier for the delivery, the times and methods vary depending on the courier that will be used. When calculating the delivery days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays must not be considered.

How to behave upon delivery of the product
In order to make our service more efficient, please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery.
If the package is not perfectly intact, collect it with reservations, that is, next to the signature on the delivery note, clearly write the wording "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS damaged package".
If the package is seriously damaged, so much so that the internal contents have certainly also been damaged, reject the goods, clearly asking that the wording "GOODS REFUSED, damaged package" always be written on the receipt.
Also check that the number of packages corresponds exactly.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
The invoice or delivery note, contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package, must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.

Payment by Credit Card on secure server SSB (https - ssl) with 128-bit encryption
Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard.
No credit card data is saved in our databases, this implies on one hand the need to re-enter the data each time and on the other the peace of mind for the customer of being safe from online data theft.

Cash on Delivery Payments
Cash on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier only accepts exact sums corresponding to the order amount (change is not possible).
Payments by bank checks or postal orders are not accepted.
Payment on delivery costs 4.00 EUR (VAT INCLUDED)

Payments by Bank Transfer
By paying by bank transfer the goods will be shipped only after having verified the credit to our current account.

The reason for the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, the name and surname of the person placing the order.
In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of the transfer.

If we do not receive payment within 8/10 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

Why can the product be ordered exclusively by phone, email or fax?

Some products in the shop can only be ordered by phone at 0733 1972200, by email by writing to info@vittoriaprofumi.com and via whatspp 3711088338 because some distributors do not allow the sale of some of the brands they deal with through an e-commerce system. Although we do not share this attitude, Vittoria Profumi wants to allow its customers to purchase products that perhaps are not available in the stores near them and through this procedure it hopes to provide a better service to all those interested. The Vittoria Profumi staff considers it a half-service but hopes that its loyal customers, and even new ones, appreciate the effort made solely to satisfy all those who day after day show their trust in the shop.
