What are the delivery times?

Purchases are processed between 9:00 and 13:00 on weekdays.

HOME DELIVERY:

Shipments to Italy : Packages are shipped within 3 to 5 working days, via express courier, for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next available working day. If shipment is delayed, you will receive a communication from our customer service. For purchases made via bank transfer, shipments will be made after payment has been credited.

NB . For the islands and Calabria, shipments take 1 more day for deliveries.

Shipments Abroad: Packages are shipped within a few days by Courier or Postal Service. If shipments are delayed, you will receive a communication from our customer service.
You will receive the package in about 5-10 days.

COLLECTIONS IN LOKER BOX or BRANCHES : Collection in locker box is not possible. For the TNT point the customer must communicate to us the address of the collection point.

In case of purchase by bank transfer, we wait for the payment to be credited to the account before proceeding with the processing.

What are the delivery costs?

For packages weighing less than 30 kg and of modest size, shipping costs for Italy are: €6.00 for an amount up to €60.00 via Express Courier, for an amount equal to or greater than €60.00 shipping costs are set to free. For payment in cash on delivery (cash on delivery) there is a supplement of €4.00.

Abroad shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Can I pay with a prepaid card?

Yes, we accept prepaid cards including Postepay.

Which prepaid cards can be used?

All rechargeable prepaid cards from Visa and Mastercard.

Can I receive perfume samples for free or for a fee?

Yes, you can buy samples in our online shop. The paid samples are hand-filled by the Maison by opening bottles of original perfumes – categorically excluding any implication in this procedure of testers or free samples provided to the Maison by companies with which it collaborates and for which the sale is expressly prohibited – they are packaged in personalized cards on which the name of the fragrance and the brand to which it belongs are written by hand. By virtue of what has just been underlined, the price attributed to each sample thus constructed is not based exclusively on the contents of the vial but is also considered to include the work carried out for its creation.

We also always reward our customers with free samples when they purchase something.

Can I buy testers?

No. The sale of testers is absolutely prohibited by the distribution companies and the parent companies.

Can I exchange a product purchased online?

If the product has not been opened, used, sprayed and if the packaging is perfectly intact, the product can be replaced. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense
