How do I purchase from the online store?

What are the delivery times?
Purchases are processed from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on weekdays, Monday through Friday, except for specific exceptions.
HOME DELIVERY:
Shipping to Italy : Packages are shipped within 3 to 5 business days via express courier for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. If shipping is delayed, you will receive a notification from our customer service team. For purchases made via bank transfer, shipments will be made after payment has cleared.
NB . For islands and Calabria, shipments take 1 extra day for deliveries.
International Shipments: Packages are shipped within a few days via courier or postal service. If shipments are delayed, you will receive a notification from our customer service team.
You will receive your package in about 5-10 days.
COLLECTIONS FROM LOCKER BOXES or BRANCHES : Collection from locker boxes is not possible. For TNT Point pickups, the customer must provide us with the pickup address.
If purchasing by bank transfer, we wait for the payment to be credited to our account before processing the order.
What are the delivery costs?
For parcels weighing less than 30 kg and of modest size, shipping costs to Italy are: €6.80 for amounts up to €79.00 via Express Courier, for an amount equal to or greater than €79.00 shipping costs are set free. For payment in cash on delivery (cash on delivery) there is a supplement of €4.00.
Shipping costs abroad depend on the destination country.
Can I pay with a prepaid card?
Yes, we accept prepaid cards, including Postepay.
Which prepaid cards can be used?
All rechargeable prepaid cards from Visa and Mastercard.
Can I get free perfume samples?
Yes, we always offer our customers free samples with every purchase, subject to availability.
Can I buy testers?
No. The sale of testers is absolutely prohibited by the distribution companies and the parent companies.

If the product has not been opened, used, or sprayed, and the packaging is intact, the product can be exchanged. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please read the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
