Created by perfumer Jordi Fernández, Silver Ceremony belongs to the Collection Studio, BDK Parfums' new chapter dedicated to the meeting between High Perfumery and fashion. With a concentration of 40%, this Absolu de Parfum interprets perfume as a material to be worn: structured and luminous, solid yet in motion.
The opening is an authentic flash of light. Italian bergamot meets green mandarin and Italian lemon essence, creating a bright, sharp, and almost crystalline citrus freshness.
In the heart, the composition gains energy. CO₂ ginger extract introduces a fresh and spicy vibration, while CO₂ pink peppercorn extract from the Indian Ocean amplifies the sensation of movement. It is a luminous and dynamic transition, like a metallic surface that continuously changes its reflection when light passes through it.

The Inspiration
Silver Ceremony is born from the brilliance of sequins and metallic surfaces in Haute Couture.
Applied one after another, sequins transform a fabric into a living surface: each movement multiplies the light, creating continuous silvery reflections. BDK translates this sensation into perfume through sparkling citrus, vibrant spices, and a deep woody structure.
The imagery also recalls the fashion experiments of the twentieth century, when Paco Rabanne transformed metal into almost architecturally constructed garments and Thierry Mugler envisioned futuristic and visionary silhouettes.
The Art of Composition
Jordi Fernández builds Silver Ceremony just like a metallic surface traversed by light.
Italian citrus creates the first reflection, brilliant and crystalline. Ginger and pink pepper introduce movement and energy. Then the fragrance progressively gains structure through cedar, patchouli, cypriol, labdanum, and oud.
The freshness never completely disappears: it remains suspended above the depth of the woods, creating that tension between luminosity and matter that represents the true signature of the composition.

Silver Ceremony impressed us because it manages to do something very difficult: be extremely concentrated without immediately giving a heavy sensation.
