BEAUTY ADVICED:
STEP 1 (For cheeks and left side of the face): Using the palm of your right hand, start from the chin, massage upward along the left face line, over the forehead, down through the ridge of the nose to the right ear. Repeat 3 times.
STEP 2 (For cheeks and right side of the face): Repeat Step 1 on the right side of the face using your left hand. Repeat 3 times.
STEP 3 (For the eyes): Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards to the temples.
STEP 4 (For the eyes): Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.
STEP 5 (For cheeks and mouth): Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.
STEP 6 (For cheeks and mouth): Pinch the skin several times at the 3 points shown; top of cheeks, center of cheeks, and sides of mouth.STEP 7 (For facial contour): Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line at the 3 points shown, and then stroke the neck gently from the top moving downwards.
STEP 8 (For facial contour): Hold the face line with your palms for 3-5 seconds until you can feel the palm's warmth.
