BEAUTY ADVICED:

STEP 1 (Per guance e lato sinistro del viso): Using the palm of your right hand, start from the chin, massage upward along the left face line, over the forehead, down through the ridge of the nose to the right ear. Repeat 3 times.

STEP 2 (Per guance e lato destro del viso): Repeat Step 1 on the right side of the face using your left hand. Repeat 3 times.

STEP 3 (Per gli occhi): Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards to the temples.

STEP 4 (Per gli occhi): Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.

STEP 5 (Per guance e bocca): Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.

STEP 6 (Per guance e bocca): Pinch the skin several times at the 3 points shown; top of cheeks, centre of cheeks, and sides of mouth.

STEP 7 (Per il contorno del viso): Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line at the 3 points shown, and then stroke the neck gently from the top moving downwards.

STEP 8 (Per il contorno del viso): Hold the face line with your palms for 3-5 seconds until you can feel the palm's warmness.
