Vittoria Profumi's advice: Apply the pencil to the root of the eyelashes, both upper and lower, and then proceed to blend with the appropriate eye brush. Its soft texture will greatly facilitate the operation without producing any feeling of dryness.
NB. To make the look even more intense and to further prolong its wear, we suggest overlapping a dark shade eyeshadow with a small-medium sized applicator.
