Le Parfum De Therese - Perfume
Olfactory Family: Flowery Fruity
FEMALE
Le Parfum de Thérèse was created in the mid-1950s by Edmond Roudnitska, one of the greatest perfumers of the twentieth century. A fantastic blend of mandarin and melon on the top is the prelude to a luxuriant development of carnalissima rose, jasmine and plum. On the bottom, a precious elixir means that cedar, vetiver and leather bring infinite class. Without words...
The secret of Teresa, Edmond's beloved wife.
Maitre: Edmond Roudnitska
Edmond Roudnitska has passed today as one of the most important perfumers in history: as "a" composer perfumer "" and the inventor of modern perfumery. His meeting in 1950 with Serge Heftler-Louiche, the founder of Parfums Christian Dior and the grandfather of Frédéric Malle, was decisive. Together they have created many legendary perfumes: "Eau Fraîche", "Diorissimo", "Diorella", and most famous of all, "Eau Sauvage", the launch of which coincided with public recognition of Edmond as the first "nose "of perfumery.
Edmond began his career as a chemist at Roure Bertrand Dupont, where he has an encyclopedic knowledge of natural and synthetic raw materials, as well as a distinctive minimalist style developer, which resulted in his legendary, secret masterpiece, “Le Parfum de Thérèse”. Only she, his wife, was allowed to wear it; but as a sign of their shared family history, and their mutual trust in her, she entrusted the formula to Frédéric Malle after Edmond's death.
