Sacred Wood by Kilian evokes the sensuality of the mythical Mysore sandalwood, now a protected species, drawing an olfactory path around its spicy, woody and milky facets that make it a cult ingredient in modern perfumery and ancient oriental ritual.

Opening with ambrette seed absolute and carrot seed oil for a touch of earth and spice, the fragrance develops into a deep accord of sandalwood, amyris oil, and a powerful woody note that blends with cedar wood. Myrrh and Copahu balsam oil add warmth and a balsamic aspect, a malted milk vapor that lifts the senses like incense.
