Spread a generous amount on the areas to be treated.

Leave on for 5 minutes, apply a second dose for a further 5 minutes (for a total processing time of 10 minutes: 5+5 minutes).

Rinse. Use 2-3 times a week.

For sensitive skin and around the eyes:

Apply a single dose of product and spread it over the areas to be treated.

Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly (remove earlier if you feel an annoying stinging sensation).

Use 1-2 times a week.

NB: Warnings: avoid direct contact with eyes.
